Equities are still pushing down this morning, and while today’s body is within yesterdays, it still looks weak. Price did push through a lot of that support area yesterday, but closed right at $4300 which could be the main support line. Price could sit right in this area for the next few days, so I don’t think this is going too far, but it could also break, so I’ll keep an eye on it — though, I’m not sure what it means for anything that I’m looking at right now (save for maybe options that may just follow, loosely, the overall market)
At first blush, I like all of the currencies in the same direction I liked them yesterday. Since I didn’t actually, really, look at individual charts, I’ll do that now. I already know I like NZD/CAD, so that’s at the top of my list, but I want to look at others since there seems to be movement this morning
Today’s Pairs
AUD/USD – Long – This looks good, a nice push up and then retest of some support. Additionally, looking at the baskets and the percentage increases, I’m still bullish this pair, and these two have moved a bit less than the rest. I hope that means there’s more to come and not that all the pressure went elsewhere. I’ll set my entries here, too, depending on the numbers. If I don’t like the numbers, I’ll revisit another pair
NZD/CAD – Long – This is in another nice base, so I think I’m going to look to add another entry order here
NZD/USD – Long
AUD/CAD – Long
GBP/AUD – Short
GBP/NZD – Short
AUD/JPY – Long
NZD/JPY – Long
