The dollar had looked weak for a couple of days, and that seemed to be continuing. Also, equities seemed to be rebounding, which spoke toward more USD weakness. NZD looked somewhat strong, but wasn’t the prettiest, but when I looked at the individual charts, this had one of the better setups and R:R available, so I set entry orders.
Entry – 0.59389
Price ended up basing for a while (and while that wasn’t my initial signal, it confirmed my initial signal) but eventually moved up enough to trigger my entry.

Price moved in my favor enough for me to be able to move my stop to break-even, but that’s about it. It reversed shortly after that, and when I managed to get out of the trade, it was for a small loss actually. That’s trading.
