Look at this ‘ish [it’s after 10:00am]. Oh well, I shouldn’t use quarantine as an excuse, but different routines cause different results. Let’s just get to work and try to be better tomorrow!
USD [L] – I’m already in a USD trade, but it looks really strong so I’d be comfortable taking a second long USD position
CAD [N] – This is reversing back to the downside somewhat as it made a lower high yesterday and a lower low and high so far today. That said, it’s coming off the heels of a large up-move and isn’t reaching the lows from before that up-move, so I’m hesitant to say this is now trending down. I’ll leave this alone until I get more confirmation of direction
EUR [L/N] – This still looks pretty strong but has pulled back quite a bit from today’s highs. If it can regain that strength, this could be a good long play today. I’ll see what it looks like on individual charts
GBP [S] – This is still showing a lot of signs of weakness and has pushed through a lot of support. It’s pulled back a bit, though, and is sitting at that level again, but if it can push through it could be a good short opportunity
Today’s Pairs
GBP/USD – Short
EUR/GBP – Long
GBP/JPY – Short
GBP/CHF – Short
NZD/USD – Short
EUR/NZD – Long
NZD/JPY – Short
NZD/CHF – Short
JPY [L] – This has regained it’s strength and pushed out of the resistance area that was setting up the high base. I’ll see if I can find a place to take this long
AUD [N] – I’m already short AUD, but unlike USD, I’m not as comfortable shorting this a second time. I’ll just manage my trade and revisit this another day
NZD [S/N] – This is tough right now. It looks to have regained it’s weakness, made a new low, but has pulled back a decent amount already. I like this to the short side, but I don’t know if I love it. I’ll look at individual charts to see if there’s any opportunity but I don’t want to chase
CHF [L] – This is continuing it’s strength as well, and looks like it could be a good buy. I’ll see if there are any opportunities here
